Sponsorship Opportunity

As a Camden Chamber of Commerce member, you have the opportunity to sponsor one of our monthly meetings. Sponsoring a Chamber meeting gives you the opportunity to:

• Raise awareness of your brand within the local business community
• Directly engage with existing and potential customers
• Benefit from ongoing brand presence on the website, across social media and local radio advertising
• Take advantage of a relaxed networking event

As a meeting sponsor your business will be promoted before, during and after the event in the following ways.

Before the meeting:

• Your logo included in social media and online advertising promoting the meeting
• Dedicated home page banner with your logo and website link leading up to the monthly meeting

During the meeting:

• Banner placement at meeting
  Networking prior to the meeting amongst members and guests
• Brochures and handouts on tables around the room at the meeting
  Up to 15 minute presentation to members and guests at the meeting
• Use of the audio visual equipment for your presentation
• Ability to support your presentation with visual aids and promotional items
• Business logo included on screen displays at meeting where possible

Networking Event - Friends After Five in addtion to the meeting date

• Banner placement at event
• Brochures at event
• Up to 3 minutes to promote at event (optional)
• Trade Table at event
• Promotion across Chamber website and social media pages.
• PowerPoint display at event – (optional)
• 'Friends at Five' will be the second Friday after Chamber Meeting (can be subject to change)

Event will be held at Upstairs@Fred’s or as otherwise negotiated.

Announcements / Advertising with Vintage FM

• Included with the Camden Chamber advertisement as the ‘Member of the Month’
• Throughout the month this advertisement, above, is played 8 times every day
• On average the Camden Chamber advertisement runs 250 times during the month (including Bonuses).
• Then an interview with the sponsor on air with Grizzly Adams the week of the Chamber meeting.
• Plus 2 live reads in the same week.

This has an estimated value of $1,600.00 + GST and given to you as part of your meeting sponsorship.

After the meeting:

• Your business name and logo listed in the Sponsorship section of the website for 12 months.
